In the late eighties, Ed Ostrom, founder of Idaho First Real Estate started in real estate. Currently he is a broker/agent who has been helping Sandpoint area residents buy and sell property for 25 years.

Many changes have developed in Sandpoint over time. Sandpoint has the hometown feeling while having the bigger city convenience.
